Alfama Studios are located in Alfama, the most Picturesque neighborhood in Lisbon. It has a joyful decoration, with all you need to enjoy Lisbon. Its perfect for couples and close friends. :) The space Our apartment is situated in the heart of downtown Lisbon – Alfama, in a small and independent building, with private entrance. Your Studio is situated at the ground floor and has a very "Alfama typical Style" décor. It is a 20 m2 apartment, in a studio ambiance, with a double bed, a sofa, table with 2 chairs with a window from where you can see Alfama, kitchenet with all the basics, 1 bathroom with modern shower cabin. Wifi and Air Conditioning (hot and cold) available through the entire apartment. The bed stays in a upper part, accesible by stairs. Please check the photos. You have lights at the bed. :) Perfect for romantic couples and friends. :) Guest access The apartment has a kitchenette with small fridge and freezer, cooker, combi microwaves, traditional coffee maker, toaster. We also have Free Wireless Internet and Air Conditioning available. We also have a hair dryer. Bed linen and bath towels are included. We also leave (one shoot): Toilet Paper, Kitchen Paper, Dish Detergent, Hand Gel, Shampoo (for first use). We always leave “our” Lisbon Tips with what we think are “must do’s” in this lovely city. Other things to note CHECK IN/OUT RULES The Check In hour has to be agreed between Guest and Host. It’s imperative that we have your arrival time so that all the check in procedures can be arranged. Check In: 15h00 ( but we can keep your luggage starting at 12H) We will send you the instructions to get in the apartment. Don’t worry! It’s very easy! We work with box / code system! Ad we will always be available by mobile. Check Out: 11H Late Check Out: it will depend if we have guests checking in. If not, we can arrange for an extra price. All our Guests will receive an e-mail, one week before the check in, with all information about the arrival. -MAINTENANCE AND SPECIAL REQUEST All problems inside the apartment (eg. electric problems, equipment malfunction, water leaks), must be reported to us by telephone immediately.
