The space There are three bedrooms: The master bedroom has a queen-size bed while the two other rooms have one double-size bed. Each room also has either a sofa bed or folding bed and the two sofas in the living room are large enough for kids. The unit can comfortably accommodate 9 persons. Maximum number of occupants is 12 guests. Infants are counted as guests. However, there is a penalty for overcrowding and guest fee of 800 in excess of 8 persons. This policy is strictly enforced by management, please don't ask for an exception. We can help you reserve an additional 1 bedroom unit if you request. Our penthouse unit is equipped with the ff: - Air-conditioned rooms (quiet inverter split-stype ACs). - hot and cold shower - High speed Wi-Fi Internet. - Netflix on the 50” LED Smart TV in the living room. - HD Cable TV (lots of HD channels) in the living room and ALL bedrooms. - Premium mattresses, pillows/linen, and bath/hand towels. - Available covered parking at the building for a fee, multiple entry. Pls confirm availability when you book and provide plate numbers. Guest access Guests have access to the clubhouse for a small fee. For pool use: P150 per person on regular days, P300 on holiday weekend. It has an outdoor leisure pool, indoor lapping pool, basketball court, tennis court, 3 badminton courts, billiards, darts, children's play area. A large field encircled by a partially closed road offers perfect place to run, fly a kite, play frisbee, have a picnic or do just about any other activity you can think of. For the athletically inclined including triathletes, they can swim in the indoor 25m lapping pool, do sprint intervals in a track oval nearby, and of course ride the hilly roads in and around Tagaytay. This penthouse suite is also an ideal accommodation for families or friends attending weddings in Tagaytay or even if you are the one getting married! It is centrally located and near many wedding venues such as the following: Caleruega, Tagaytay Wedding Cafe, Clear Water House, Narra Hill, Club Ananda, Alta Veranda de Tibig, Mahogany Place, Casablanca, Pacific Grove, Tagaytay Ridge, Sylvinas Pavilion and more.
