My beautiful, light-flooded old building apartment with impressively high ceilings and very spacious rooms is located right in the center, in a small quiet side street. 700 meters from the main train station, 50 meters from the pedestrian zone. The U-Bahn and S-Bahn as well as cafes, restaurants and supermarkets are in the immediate vicinity. I live in the neighboring house, so my address is stored as a contact. The space Live like in the loft with a ceiling height of 4.70 meters – you live in a large apartment with 100 square meters. Towels and linens are provided. The spacious apartment is located on the ground floor (raised ground floor) of our beautiful house and is furnished with a lot of attention to detail – a mix of design classics, furniture from the 50s and 60s as well as flea market finds. New furniture is always added or exchanged. So, don't be surprised if the decor differs a little from the photos. The style remains the same! (In the photos, you will find a floor plan that shows the current furniture.) The entire apartment is fitted with Assam teak laminate. In the apartment, you will find a large dining table and a fully equipped kitchen – with a ceramic hob, oven, a large refrigerator (without freezer compartment), as well as an electric kettle, toaster, coffee machine, various espresso makers and a milk frother. Wi-Fi, books, CD player, DVDs and a TV are provided (we don't have cable! But you can select free channels via the Roku stick, set up your own streaming services or connect a laptop with an HDMI cable). On the 2.70-meter-high mezzanine (bedroom II) there are two single beds (80 cm wide) and a double bed (160 cm). In the area below (bedroom I) there is a double bed (160 cm). Please note that these two areas are only visually separated! There is no door that completely closes the rooms. From the living room, you can reach the shower room – including a washing machine – through a small hallway. next door is a separate bedroom/living room (bedroom III) separated from the living room by a door – with a day bed and two comfortable sofa beds (every 90 cm wide). the existing doors to the individual rooms are drawn in the two floor plans. The rooms (also due to the high windows) cannot be completely darkened! ps. please remember to rinse the used dishes before departure and put everything away. If you have moved lamps, multiple sockets or other items, please also return these items to their original place. so you support me in being able to pay a reasonable wage for the cleaner on the one hand and not having to put the cleaning fee too high at the same time. The guest function asks for your length of stay or your check-out, so that all login files are automatically deleted after your departure.
