My beautiful, light-flooded old building apartment with impressively high ceilings and very spacious rooms is located right in the center, in a small quiet side street. 700 meters from the main train station, 50 meters from the pedestrian zone. The spacious apartment is on the first floor (raised ground floor) of our beautiful house and is furnished with great attention to detail – a mix of design classics, furniture from the 50s and 60s as well as flea market finds. New furniture is always being added or replaced. So, don't be surprised if the decor differs a little from the photos. The style stays the same! (In the photos you will find a floor plan showing the current furnishings.) The entire apartment is lined with Assam teak laminate. In the apartment you will find a large dining table and a fully equipped kitchen – with a ceramic hob, oven, a large fridge (without freezer compartment) as well as a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, a coffee maker and various espresso makers. Wi-Fi, books, CD player, DVDs and a TV (but without cable connection, you can select free channels via the Roku stick or set up your own streaming services). On the 2.70 meter high mezzanine (bedroom II) there are two single beds (80 cm wide) and a double bed (160 cm). In the area below (bedroom I) there is a double bed (160 cm). Please note that these two areas are only visually separated! There is no door that completely closes the rooms. From the living room, you can access the shower room through a small anteroom – including a washing machine. next door is a separate bedroom/living room (bedroom III) separated from the living room by a door – with a day bed and two comfortable sofa beds (all 90 cm wide). the existing doors to the individual rooms are shown in the two floor plans. The rooms (also due to the high windows) cannot be completely darkened! P.S. Please remember to wash the used dishes before departure and put everything away again. If you have rearranged lamps, multiple sockets or other items, please also return these items to their original position. The guest function asks for your length of stay or your check-out, so that all login files are automatically deleted after your departure.
