Each villa offers a terrace with furniture. The villas have an ensuite large bathroom with hot tap and shower, cable TV, AC, colonial fan, minibar (fridge), safety-box, tea and coffee facilities, desk, free wifi (optic fibers 15Mbps/15Mbps) with 4 networks for a better connection. Each villas offers an open air patio where the breakfast can be served and that you can use during the day to relax on the shade. Daily Western and Asian breakfasts (5 USD/night/person) are served from 6am to 10 am: home made jam, lot of tea and coffee, eggs cooked the way you want, bacon, ham, sausages, fried rice, stir fried noodles (with pork, beef, chicken, seafood, vegetables), fresh seasonal fruits, toasts, fruit juices, etc. We are located in the heart of the most animated area of Siem Reap. However, you will be surprised to not hear any noises from the street while in the enclosure of our walls. You will save time: 5 minutes away by walk from Pub Street, Old Market, Night Market etc. 10 minutes away by tuk-tuk from the Angkor temples and the airport. Our villas have a very large bed (extra king size): perfect to fit two people or a couple with a young kid. We will be happy to meet you, to chat and to give you tips for your visits, restaurants, things to see, and how to enjoy the best of Angkor. In day time, you will always find assistance with our receptionists, housekeepers and cook in our property. Our villas have a lot of privacy. No one else but our guests will use the pool. And in the night, one receptionist patrol in the premises. We can arrange for you airport transfers or any tours. We can manage to get a tuk tuk for the whole day at reasonable price, an AC SUV (Highlander or Lexus) or minivan with driver to visit the temples, go to town, etc. You can go where ever you want with it. The driver is at your disposition for the whole day, go to temples, come back home or go to town for lunch, come home again and have a nap then go again to temples, come back home to rest then go out to town for diner. The driver is available anytime, he wait for you once you are in the temples, and when you eat in town.
