Central strategic location. The Coliseum/ Roman Forum, St.Giovanni in Laterano/St. M. Maggiore Basilicas, Termini Railways Station are within walking distance. Excellent transportation connections to other main touristic sites: 2 subway stations very close by (Manzoni and Vittorio Emanule) and bus stops. Excellent local services. Gastronomy: restaurants, delicatessen, wineries, pubs, Bars, pastry shops, bakeries, ice-cream shops, supermarkets, a market, chemists, children playgrounds, Atms The space It is a FIRST floor flat served by an elevator and two flights of stairs. The apartment is homely, comfortable, colourful and perfectly meets 3 persons' needs. However, a bunk bed above the kitchen is a cosy solution to accomodate a possible additional 4th guest. Guests will be welcome by a lovely entrance and a spacious and comfortable living room. The lounge offers: - a round table. It has a convivial function and a useful remote working position. An electric socket is available plus a power strip/multiple power socket; - WIFI: (Fibra Home) STTH 1G - 100 mega - a Smart TV: NETFLIX and PRIME VIDEO may be watched (please, bring your own ID and password) + 2 English speaking channels. - a Chess board - a big ceiling fan - a radiator - Exhaustive information on Rome transportatlion, a guide to the flat services, safety recommendations - The two bedrooms have double beds, cupbards, AC and radiators. - One of the bedroom has a big ceiling fan and is equipped with double-glazed windows (excellent sound insulation) . Extra blankets are available in the cupboard. - in addition, a cosy bunk French size bed above the kitchen may accomodate a possible additional guest. 1 BATHROOM: - a big square shower and a small hand shower - toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body soap and gel, shower caps) - hairdryer, toilet paper, shower mats - first-aid kit. Alternatives: Private night transfer services (upon request), UBER, bus shuttles (first departures at 5 a.m), Leonardo express train (05.30 a.m. - 10.30 p.m.) Guest access Self check-in from 5 p.m. Personal welcome is offered until 4 p.m. (ONLY if possible, also in the morning) Self check-in and check out instructions will be sent to guests before their arrival supplemented by 2 videos: they show how to open the safety box and the apartment door. The host is available for any need, suggestion or problem that may arise before guests'arrival and during their stay. Apartment guidelines, transport infoes, instructions for turning on TV, a map of Rome, a plastic coated apartment map of Rome + 3 plastic coated local maps with indications of most area services, are set on the round table in the lounge. Further brochures and Touristic guides in English are available to guests for reference on the wooden shelves in the corridor. Other things to note Check in time (afternoon/evening) is flexible thanks to Self check-in (please, note, that the host will be available for any assistance over the phone, until 10 p.m.). We suggest guests read carefully instructions and watch the attached two videos showing the opening system of the safety box containing the keys and of the apartment door.
