A charming detached villa built in traditional style with sea views and private pool. Quiet, friendly neighbourhood with easy access to many amenities. The space Villa Gul is a traditionally styled boutique property with private pool. One of four other villas in a small exclusive complex sharing pretty landscaped gardens Each villa has its own private pool and sun terrace. The villa is ideal for couples, a single family or a group of friends who may want to rent 2 or more of the villas together, but would appreciate having some privacy. The villa has a large open plan living area with double doors opening onto the private terrace with pool. The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with all crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils required for dining at home. It has a fridge freezer, dishwasher, hob, oven, washing machine and cool water dispenser. There is a dining table to seat 6. The lounge area has comfortable sofas and chairs and flat screen satellite tv with both Turkish and some European channels. DVD player. There are bookshelves with a great selection of books for you to read whilst staying in the villa. The room is fully air conditioned. A telephone is available at the property,(ideal for making reservations locally and receiving incoming calls from friends and family.) A nominal charge is made for local calls. There is a toilet with wash hand basin situated off the open plan living area. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, both ensuite. The master bedroom has a jacuzzi bath in the bathroom. The second bedroom is arranged as a twin bedroom (2 single beds) but can be made into a double if requested. Both bedrooms have private balcony with sea views (the master bedroom has 2 balconies). There is a hairdryer provided in each bedroom. Both bedrooms are air conditioned. Free wifi is available through out the property. Outside on the private terrace overlooking the private swimming pool (measures 7m x 4m) there are sun loungers with umbrellas and a dining table with chairs. The house is very comfortably appointed throughout. A cot and or high chair can be provided on request, at no extra charge. All linen and towels, including pool towels are provided. The property is cleaned weekly, with fresh towels provided mid week. The pool and gardens are cleaned daily. A caretaker is around all day to help with any minor maintenance issues and to keep the pool and gardens clean and tidy. A welcome pack is provided on arrival at the property, this includes tea, coffee, water, juice, sugar, bread and a "Turkish breakfast" for you to enjoy on your day of arrival. The villa is in a great location. 10 minutes walk to the sea, 2 minutes walk to the local shop (ideal for fresh bread and provisions) a great selection of restaurants within a few minutes walk and 15 minutes walk to Kalkan town centre (or 2 minutes by car). There is ample parking close to the property for any one who has a car. Guest access All rooms are air conditioned (heat and cool) Free wifi is available throughout the property, free of charge. There is a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, full oven and hob. Flat screen TV with satellite channels and DVD. Sun loungers and parasols are provided on the private pool terrace. All guests have access to the shared landscaped gardens and can use the communal ottoman terrace where you can relax with a book on the cushions or chat with other guests staying at the villas. Other things to note Please do not smoke inside the house. We ask those who smoke to use ashtrays provided outside on the terraces and in the gardens. Please do not leave lighters or cigarettes lying around. Please have consideration for others with regard to noise. We have a no pets policy and ask guests not to encourage local dogs/cats into the villa complex by offering them food.
