The studio is located opposite the marina in a pretty Norman villa, from where everything is possible on foot: train station about 5 minutes, market 3 minutes, beach and casino 10 minutes, city center and all shops 5 minutes, boat/bus pier for Trouville 3 minutes. It is located on a quiet main street. On the ground floor, it has a private entrance and garden. The space The studio is very well-equipped. The sofa bed against the sofa is very comfortable, super easy to use and leaves a very nice aesthetic space during the day. You will also enjoy relaxing, reading or having a drink in the private garden. Parking nearby, on the street as well as the surrounding streets is generally easy and free. Bed linen is provided (duvet, duvet cover, fitted sheet, etc.). Towels are not provided except for guests traveling by train, to be reported at the time of making an appointment for the delivery of the keys. Cleaning is not included in the rental price per night, it is €25 regardless of the length of your stay and will be paid at the time of your Airbnb booking.
