This modern open plan apartment is located near “One of the city’s main restaurant destinations in central St. Petersburg” (TheNewYorkTimes) Our guests will find an inviting dining/living area with great amount of sunlight and a home theatre system The space The apartment is on the third floor of a period building (built 1873, renovated 1990’s). It is essentially ONE LARGE ROOM with a mezzanine. Even though the space is large with high ceilings it is kept warm and cosy with a great heating system. Also an air conditioner is installed. The bathroom is partly lit by sunlight and has a plenty of space too: washing machine, a huge sink and a shower. And finally, home theatre with a sound system to spend a nice evening at home after exploring the city.
