The 160SQM apartment is located on top of a international restaurant. There, we offer 2 bedrooms, all with king-size beds, dressing table, wardrobe and bedside tables. Both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and are air-conditioned All furniture is made of hardwood. The living room is over 100 sqm and the entire setup has a kitchen and dining area. This area is also air-conditioned. It's located about 5-minute walk to the main beach road and 10 minutes to either Ao Nang beach or Nopparat beach. The space The apartment is big with a spacious living room. It has a pretty well equipped kitchen with a gas stove to do some home cooking. It has a large dining table. The entire rooms are air-conditioned. Guest access You will enter the apartment via a stair house, with 20 steps. As you are the only one using this area, nobody else will be there but you, it is your responsibility to close the entrance door. Other things to note We have a few house rules that we expect the guests to follow; shoes stay at the bottom of the stairs. Our house keeping will come to clean the apartment every day, but we still hope you to keep the please as nice as you received it from us, upon check in. As there are other hotels in our vicinity we expect the guests to keep the level of noise down after 10 pm. But most of all we want our guests to have a great time in the apartment.
