30 mins walk to Big Ben| cosy room

You will be close to so many London attractions whether it be by bus, tube or walking. Such as Big Ben, Buckingham palace and Tower Bridge. Transport is excellent. In fact your spoilt for choice if you stay here. There is lots of lovely parks and cafes close by including Hyde park. Tottenham hot spurs is about 45-50 minutes on transport from my place. The space This a spacious maisonette on the third floor. There is one private bedroom available for guests to use containing two single beds, with a chest of drawers, a rail to hang your clothes on and a long length mirror. There is no lock on the bedroom door. Your belongings are safe, providing we lock the front door when we leave the house. Expect to hear local neighbours noise and aeroplanes in the morning. (These are out of my control) if you're a little sensitive to noise, some guests bring earplugs to help block our city noise. I’ll do my best to make sure you have a great experience here. I live here with my family. So we always welcome children. The kitchen is a shared space between myself and the guests, which you are welcome to use whilst you stay here. There is Tea, coffee and toast available. Wifi is included Washing machine is available at £5 per wash Towels are provided. *Please understand that my space isn’t a hotel. But a space for a local experience with local people in a local area. * Guest access The space available is; a shared kitchen, bathroom and toilet. There is also a balcony. During your stay I'm usually available to have have a chat. If I’m not around you’re welcome to send me a message by WhatsApp, text message and phone me. Other things to note PLEASE READ THE ADDRESS PROPERLY- Guests are not looking at the address and are finding it hard to find. If you still have problems then don’t hesitate to ask. *Please let me know what time you will be checking in beforehand so that someone can let you in. Also importantly this is a private friendly home, not a hotel. If you want to live with local’s and experience the British culture, then my place will be great for you. *We wake up early as everything begins early here. However it may be a problem to guests who sleep in till a bit late. Using ear plugs may come in handy . However my family and I are not noisy.
