At VILLA ROSA there is two independent units/cottages to be rented separately. This typical Portuguese Villa is ideal for those looking for a private and quiet oasis to be enjoyed after a good long day sightseeing. At VILLA ROSA enjoy a sun bath at the outdoor private patio for each cottage with all privacy, or simply relax reading a book under the tree on a city noise free environment with a well-deserved quietness. - LATE CHECK-IN (after 10pm) : 25€ - Baby (up to 3yo) : 15€ night The space Villa Rosa is ideal for those that look for a more independent experience, taking advantage of the private interior location away from the city traffic and after a calm night sleep. Have the luxury to enjoy your breakfast or any other meal outside at the private patio or at the main patio common to both cottages. There are two houses (villas) to be rented separately and independent of each other. The Villas assignment to each reservation happens according to our availability/reservations map. Photos in listing show both Villas. At this beautiful peaceful and tranquil location you have 3 minutes walking distance to the classic old tram 28 and other few to access the beautiful little parks of Principe Real and Praça das Flores. Each day by exiting the doors of Villa Rosa, the authenticity of a city-center neighborhood welcomes you for another truly beautiful day in this charming Lisbon. Bairro Alto and Chiado districts are at 5 minutes walking distance other 10 minutes walking it’s what you need to be at the Lisbon waterfront or to take the train to the beaches of Cascais or Estoril. Please advise prior to arrival, how you want to have the beds configuration. One of the villas/cottages may accommodate 1 extra bed for another adult (from 3yo). This information is important because there's not a permanent reception service. Let us know the following info: - Airline ? - Flight origin (city)? - Landing time in Lisbon ? We will be waiting for you at the accommodation for personal reception/check-in when you will receive the keys of your accommodation. In the event you arrive before 2pm we can meet you from 8am to at least store luggage in case the accommodation is not available for immediate check-in. If available/ready in between 8am and 2pm we will check you in immediately upon arrival. Anyway, remember that we always need to know at what time you arrive. LATE CHECK-IN As from April 1st 2022, we reserve the right to apply a late check-in fee of 25€ for arrivals after 22h/10pm. This amount must be paid in cash at arrival. Please share your travel plans with us to have information about late check-in fee. HOUSEKEEPING Bed linens and towels are also included with housekeeping included with change of towels every 3 nights for your extra comfort. Dish washing not included in the housekeeping service.
