This two-bedroom light filled ground floor apartment is in a gated complex with CCTV. Generous in size, the villa is really well set up. Step up to the open plan kitchen / dining area which links to the outdoor verandah and creates a great space for relaxation, entertaining with a full view of the pool two steps away. Flyscreen are fitted to all windows and rear door which makes the villa safe to sleep with open windows. Security screens are fitted due to cyclonic weather and solo travelers. This ground floor villa is suitable for a single person, a couple, a couple with a teenager or two children under 12 years old, elderly couple or business travelers. Two couples. Children under four (4) no surcharge applied. Our tariffs are based on the number of people per booking. The villa is modernized on a regular basis with new pillows, towels, linen, and beach towels. Linen, towels, and beach towels are provided at no extra cost. Shower recess only. it is not suitable for wheelchair access. Pets are not allowed. Strickly no smoking. Maid service included once a week. Free WIFI No excess fees, all included in the tariff. All you need is your suitcases, cameras and personal belongings. Guest access There is a common area resort pool and spa for the guests of the complex to utilize. The pool has been refurbished. There is a safe for personal belongings, but the guests are responsible for their belongings. Security gate with a watchperson during the day and CCTV cameras on the property. Golf courses not too far. Free secure parking. Your own verandah. Private access to the side. Please note the security doors and windows are there for cyclonic weather and solo travelers. Other things to note Although your rental includes cleaning once a week your accommodation rental is self-catering self-contained and you are therefore responsible for maintaining and returning it clean. You will be supplied with the arrival essentials (toilet paper, trash bag, hand soap, cleaning products etc. ) A welcome pack including tea coffee, sugar milk but it is for you to purchase products during your stay. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a relaxed holiday. We and our family use it on a regular basis. Our housekeeper and manager are trustworthy. Complex, very quiet but close to all amenities. It is easy walking distance to the beach and shops. You do not need a car if you want to stay locally. We speak English and French. Tariff changes according to the number of guests. Single person. Couple. Couple with two children. Children under 4 are free. Maximum four (4) adults. Business travelers.
