This wonderful duplex is located in the heart of the historic center of Sevilla, you will reach the Cathedral, Giralda and Alcázar in just 10min on foot. The most marvelous places of the city are placed few meters away from the apartment (Las Setas, Calle Sierpes, La Campana). You will enjoy fantastic views to the city from the private terrace, while drinking a cup of wine or coffee. There are plenty of tapas bars, restaurants and shops around the apartment, where you can enjoy our gastronomy. The space The lovely penthouse has two bedroom, the first one has a double bed while the second one has to separate beds and its located on the top floor. Its perfect for families but also for groups of friends and business trips. Kitchen is also fully equipped which everything you need for cooking. The apartment has a travel crib available if needed (with its thin support, no additional mattress) Guest access There is elevator availiable for guests. Other things to note Access to the apartment can be made after 16:00, although we will be happy to receive our guests before that time if the availability of the accommodation allows it. Similarly, the departure time at 11:00 can be extended with possible additional cost, provided it is compatible with subsequent reservations.
