It has everything that a couple or a single traveller would need for a pleasant and memorable stay in the heart of Valencia. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a historical building with no elevator. It features a living room area with a small street facing balcony, a fully-equipped kitchen, the bedroom area, and a bathroom with standing shower. Large windows fill the bedroom and living room area with plenty of natural daylight. The sofa is the ideal place to lounge after a long day out sightseeing, or enjoy TV in the flat screen TV. The kitchen is equipped with cooking facilities, a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, kettle, juicer, basic kitchen condiments (oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, pepper and some others) and utensils for washing crockery, to avoid you the hassle and cost of this basic shopping. The bedroom features a comfy double bed (135 x 190cm) and a walking closet, so there will be enough room for your clothes and luggage. Clean bed linen and towels are also included. The towels supplied are for use in the apartment only; if you plan to go to the beach, I kindly ask you to bring your own towels. The bathroom is equipped with washing machine, hairdryer, and toiletries such as shampoo, shower gel, and hand soap. WIFI High-Speed Internet connection (50 MB Fiber Optic) and air conditioning / heating is provided. The cleaning fee refers to the cleaning of the apartment after departure. No cleaning service is offered during the stay. Please ask if you are missing something and we will be delighted to assist with whatever we can. Guest access You will have access to the entire apartment. Other things to note - My apartment is a touristic apartment with license and before arrival you will be asked to provide with your personal details and sing a tourist rental contract. - The apartment will be supplied with a few basic essentials to make your first days more comfortable. Once these initial items are used, any additional purchases or restocking will be the guest’s responsibility. - If you’re arriving by car, please note that private vehicles are not allowed in the historic center. You’ll need to park your car in one of the nearby public parking facilities.
