The space We have 6 accommodations on the property, one next to the other, with simple and cozy architecture in a family and serene environment. You will be surrounded by the beauty of nature. The property has shared parking, with one space available for your suite, ensuring convenience and comfort during your stay. Guest access access to the common areas, such as the pool and shared kitchen. Access is easy, with the main road being paved, which makes it easy and quick to find us. We are located in a small beach neighborhood. In addition, the neighborhood offers some amenities, such as kiosks serving lunch and a small grocery store nearby. During your stay If you need any help or have any questions, the host is available to chatting. Additionally, the host's parents live nearby and are available to provide assistance whenever needed, ensuring that you have a smooth and worry-free stay. Other things to note IMPORTANT: 1 -> It is possible to check in early and/or extend the check-out for additional fees, which must be discussed with the guest. 2 -> Since we are surrounded by nature, the space is subject to power outages and, in extreme cases, water shortages or flooding in the outdoor areas due to adverse weather conditions. 3 -> Since it is located in the Atlantic Forest, it is common for insects to be present, especially those attracted to light (we recommend closing the accommodation at dusk and, if you prefer, using insect repellent for the outdoor areas). 4 -> The care and maintenance routine for the place starts at 8:00 am. 5->To use the barbecue, you must check availability and schedule a time.
