Our flat has just finished renovation. Comfortable brand new queen sized bed and clean modern room! Ideal location for exploring Kyoto by foot. Walking distance to many sightseeing spots like Gion and Nishiki *The flat is on 3RD FLOOR &NO ELEVATOR The space -The Space- The room has just finished renovation so it's clean and cozy. We have one brand new queen sized bed (please see the picture) to make sure you have a good rest from a busy trip and ready for the next day! Free WiFi is available in the flat. The kitchen is equipped for making a small meal. We have a small fridge (no freezer), toaster, kettle and electric stove. *The flat is on the 3RD FLOOR and we DO NOT HAVE AN ELEVATOR. Only stairs are available. You need to carry your luggage to the 3RD floor. *We can only accommodate 2 guests in this space. (No Kids). We can only have 2 adults. Please note Kyoto city imposed accommodation tax for guests who stay in Kyoto. It’s 400 yen per person per nights. For example.. 400 yen x 2 guests x 4nights= 3200 yen in total . This is NOT included in the Airbnb payment..This tax will be payable when you check in. We also take a photo copy of guests passport at check in ( this is a regulation imposed by Kyoto council).
