The space I'm personally in love with this flat: inside it you can still feel the original Barcelona architecture style from last century, including original floors, ceilings, windows and some furniture. Plus, the 2 bathrooms are new (one of them included in the "king's room"), kitchen is also new and sleeping rooms have been redecorated and renewed. Living room is just amazing, with huge windows providing lots of light and views to Eixample. But the best part of it is its location: you could just walk to the main hot points in the city.
