A yoga mat is included. ✔ Let us know how we can make your stay even better! 🌟 Other things to note Bookings & Guest Registration 🛎️ ✔ Minimum age for check-in: 18 years. ✔ For check-in purposes, passports are required for all guests – they must be sent via Airbnb and may contain a watermark. ✔ Self-check-in details are only sent after receiving the passports.  ✔ Identification documents must be sent, or the provided link must be completed by 4:00 PM on the day of arrival; otherwise, we will be unable to provide check-in instructions. ✔ The name on the check-in documents must match the Airbnb profile details. ✔ Only bookings with a clear profile picture (showing the guest’s face) and full first and last names will be accepted. ✔ If these requirements are not met, we will request the cancellation of the booking, and guests can have applicable costs. ✔ Only registered guests are allowed; no last-minute guest changes after booking. ✔ Visitors who are not listed in the reservation are not allowed. ✔ Extra guests/extra beds/unregistered visitors: €50/night per person. Parking & Vehicle Rules 🚗🅿️ ✔ Parking is subject to availability, with designated spaces marked by blue lines. ✔ If no spaces are available, guests must park outside the property. ✔ Only regular-sized cars are allowed – campers, large vans, or vehicles with built-in beds are not permitted. ✔ Vehicles are not allowed on the stone pathway leading to the villas. ✔ Pedestrian and vehicle access to the property is available 24/7. Pets - On Request 🐾 ✔ 1 pet per villa is allowed on request (€15/night). ✔ Pets must always be on a leash or inside a carrier while moving within the property. ✔ Pets are not allowed in public areas (pool and gardens). ✔ Animals must not relieve themselves on grass areas. Babies & Children 🍼 ✔ Children and babies have to be register on the reservation, otherwise are charged €50/night. ✔ Guests can request a crib or high chair (subject to availability). ✔ Parents/guardians are personally and legally responsible for their children at all times. Pool & Outdoor Areas 🏊‍♂️🌞 ✔ Opening hours: 9:00 AM – 7:30 PM. ✔ Diving is not allowed. ✔ Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. ✔ Nudism or topless is not permitted in the pool or common areas. ✔ Bath towels cannot be used at the pool. ✔ Barbecues are not allowed on the property. Noise Policy 🔇🚫 ✔ Quiet hours: After 10:00 PM - 8:30 AM, noise is strictly prohibited. ✔ Failure to comply may lead to guest eviction without a refund. ✔ Parties or gatherings are not allowed. Smoking Policy 🚭 ✔ Smoking is prohibited inside the villas and communal areas. ✔ Guests may smoke on their private balcony, but must keep doors closed to prevent smoke from entering the villa. ✔ A minimum €70 cleaning fee applies if tobacco or smoke smell is detected inside the villa. Utilities & Consumables 💡🧻 ✔ Drinking water: The villa’s water supply comes from the public system and is safe to drink. ✔ Water heater: If there is no hot water, check if the socket behind the microwave is plugged in (this powers the heater). Reheating water takes 30 to 45 minutes. ✔ Power outages: Contact us to report any electrical failures to the supplier. ✔ Consumables (toilet paper, garbage bags, etc.) are provided as a courtesy and are not restocked. ✔ For your safety and comfort, we do not provide food items such as salt, olive oil, or other pantry essentials in the house. We also provide hand soap, but kindly note that shower gel is not included. Safety & Liability ⚠️ ✔ Guests are fully responsible for any accidents, damages, or breakages during their stay. ✔ Any damage to the villa or furniture will be charged accordingly. ✔ Indoor furniture must not be used outside. ✔ CCTV cameras monitor the property entrance 24/7. Wildlife & Environment 🦋🌱🌍 ✔ The property is in a warm, humid climate with diverse wildlife. ✔ Depending on the time of year and weather conditions, guests may encounter mosquitoes, gnats, lovebugs, or other insects. ✔ While we use regular pest control services, we cannot guarantee or offer refunds for occasional insects inside the villa. ✔ Guests can help prevent insects by: ✔ Keeping doors closed. ✔ Disposing of trash properly. ✔ Not leaving trash bags outside the villas. ✔ Storing food responsibly.
