Le Chalet du Coin Comfortable, warm and peaceful 4-season chalet that can accommodate up to 6 people, a few steps from the beautiful Lake Massawippi with shared access for launching small boats such as canoes, kayaks, boards etc... The space Le Chalet du Coin will meet all your needs. For a stay with friends, family or for work, a clean, warm and functional place that can accommodate up to 6 people awaits you. A wood-burning stove is available for colder evenings so that you can create a warm atmosphere in good company (firewood provided) At the back, you have access to an outdoor terrace with BBQ and a campfire area. (camping wood provided) The backyard is big, so kids can play and run as they please. Close to nature and all amenities, you have access to Lake Massawippi, the bike path and just steps away. 2 kayaks and 2 paddle boards are at your disposal at the chalet. IMPORTANT: From the 5th person, an amount of 25.00 per night, per person is required. The cottage is welcoming and conducive to guests who may not have been registered when you booked. Please let us know before or during your stay as well, we can provide towels and extra bedding and make an adjustment to the rate. Guest access For launching your small boats such as canoes, kayaks, boards, etc., shared access to Lake Massawippi is just steps away from the chalet. 2 kayaks, 2 paddle boards, paddles, trolleys and life jackets are available at the chalet. The chalet parking lot is big enough to park your boat and trailer. IMPORTANT: For your motorboats, launching must be done at the Ayer's Cliff municipal dock. ($ information available on the Ayer's Cliff municipal website) IMPORTANT: For a day of swimming, just a 5-minute drive from the chalet, access to Ayer's Cliff Municipal Beach is free. However, parking fees for your car will apply. ($ information available on the Municipality of Ayer's Cliff website) Other things to note The house has a second floor that is not currently accessible. Access is blocked to prevent accidents.
