Close to nature and all amenities, you have access to Lake Massawippi, the bike path and this, just a few steps away. 2 kayaks and 2 paddleboards are available at the cottage. IMPORTANT: From the 3rd person, an amount of 25.00 per night, per person is required. The chalet is welcoming and suitable for guests who may not have been registered at the time of booking. Guest access For the launch of your small boats such as canoe, kayak, board etc..., shared access to Lake Massawippi is a short walk from the chalet. 2 kayaks, 2 paddle boards, paddles, trolleys and flotation jackets are available at the chalet. The cottage parking is big enough to park your boat and trailer. IMPORTANT: For your motorboats, the launching must be at the municipal dock of Ayer's Cliff. ($ information available on the website of the municipality of Ayer's Cliff) IMPORTANT: For a day of swimming, just 5 minutes by car from the cottage, access to the municipal beach of Ayer's Cliff is free. However, there will be a parking fee for your car.
