Hanna's Studio, Venice Lido

Hanna's studio is a 42 square meters apartment situated at the 5th floor of a palace in front of the sea, with a large common space balcony. At 150 meters is situated the Venice movie palace, where every year the Venice International Film Festival takes place. The studio is the ideal to spend a good time between relax in Lido and on the beach or visiting the historical centre of Venice. The studio has: renewed bathroom, kitchenette, balcony, central room with 2+1 beds available. The space The studio is suitable for two / three people, and is composed (all included in the price) kitchenette, microwave oven, refrigerator, cutlery, dishes, glasses, breakfast cups, crockery. Features a double bed and a sofa bed. The small bathroom (just renewed) with shower and towels. The central room provided with beds, wardrobe, a table plus TV, sheets and blankets. Air conditioning and heating via heat pump. A terrace overlooking the garden and lagoon. The apartment has a pocket wifi included. Guest access Guests will be followed by Lorenzo, our co-host. He will provide to the communication on the site and to the check-in and check-out of the guests. Once guests arrive at the apartment, they will be required to pay the local tax: Rates are: - 4 € / day x each adult (max 5 days) -2 € / day x each child under the age of 15 (max 5 days) Tourist tax is only payable on the first 5 days of stay in the commune of Venice, from the sixth day onwards the days are not taxed. IMPORTANT If guests arrive later than 9.00 pm, Lorenzo will always be available to do the late check-in but will ask for a fee of € 20 and € 40 from 11.00 pm onwards. IMPORTANT Upon arrival, guests are requested to provide a valid identity card (in order to do the registration of the guests at the police national site ) Other things to note Residence is provided with elevator, car parking inside and private beach accessible to guests. Please note: the beach is private and free for every guest of the residence, but if you want to use umbrellas and deckchairs, the hire is at an additional cost of 12 € / day.
