Welcome to our Vacation house. Remodeled in 2021. This is OUR own vacation house, set up for our family of 6. 7 minutes from Indian Rocks beach, 20-25 Minutes from Clearwater Beach and St Pete's Beach Super Markets, Golf, Olive Garden, Chipotle, Starbucks, Dunkin, Walmart, Target all within a short distance. No Animals. Security Camera's cover the entire exterior of the house 24/7 Additionally, the home is a few mins walk to the Largo Golf Course and the Southwest Recreational Complex. The space The Space was remodeled in 2021. The house has security camera's covering the exterior of the house. This is for the guests and the properties safety. Guest access Porch Backyard Other things to note Please note the exterior of the house has camera’s and a single Camera above the fireplace that the guest can unplug when they arrive. This is for a guests and safety of the property. Garbage pickup is on Tuesday and Friday AM Recycle is on Friday If your reservation falls on a Thursday night, your required to leave the garbage or recycle on the curb. Please use the house with Care and there is no way that we can spell out every do or don’t. Use common sense and don’t do anything you wouldn’t do at yours, your parents or your in-laws house. That should give you an idea of what we expect from our guests. Disconnection of the WIFI is an automatic and Immediate cancellation of the reservation. Irrespective of time or day.
