Hello Homey! Cosy 5th-floor apartment in Neapolis, Exarchia, one of the most prominent urban neighbourhoods in the heart of Athens. Being close to public transport stations (bus), yet in walking-distance from a variety of historic landmarks and must-see places in the city, this apartment offers a great accommodation for individual travelers and loving couples as well. The space Cosy 35sqm renovated apartment οn the 5th floor of a tidy and well-organized building, located at the center of Neapolis, Exarchia. Offering one double bed, a kitchen, a bathroom and a small balcony on its back side, the apartment can be the ideal accommodation for up to two guests. The house provides anything you might need during your stay, while a variety of super markets and local shopping spots can satisfy your every need all around the clock. A 25-minutes walk will take you to the historic center of Athens (Syntagma, Plaka, Acropolis, Monastiraki), while metro stations (Panepistimio, Omonia, Ampelokipi) are only 20 minutes away from the apartment. Bus stops in two-blocks distance are also at hand to ease your transportation around the city. The terrace of the apartment building where I live (20 minute walk from the apartment) is open from 09:00 am until 11:00 pm, to enjoy your coffee in the morning or your evening drink, available only for the residents of our apartments. This roof garden has an amazing view of the urban Athenian landscape which goes great with the breath-taking Acropolis and Lycabettus Hill peaks. The apartment is pretty close to other apartments of ours, so, if you have friends or guests coming over (up to 7 people in total), let them know there’s place for everyone!
