Charming and authentic Parisian flat

Located in one of the most bustling districts in Paris but on a quiet street, my flat is a sweet and cosy 35 m2 nest, bright, with a balcony where you can have meals in summer, a very personal decoration blending design and antiques, fully-equipped . All touristic spots easily reachable thanks to 2 subway lines and a bus. Walking distance from the Père Lachaise cemetery (10 mn) and the Marais district (25 mn). Many foodstores, nice cafés and restaurants around. The space I live in my apartment when I don't rent it, so it has a true personal touch and will provide you the real Parisian experience ! I receive you personally, there is no self check-in. Check-in from 2 pm to 7 pm. NO CHECK-IN AFTER 7 pm. No self check-in. It is perfect for a couple, many have enjoyed it yet. Size of the apartment: 35 m2. It has been repainted in 2018. Bed for 2 persons : 140 x 200 cm. It has no air-conditioning but, in spring and summer, if you pull down the blinders when you are out for the day, the temperature is pleasant. The kitchen has an induction cooking hob and much more than the survival kit. The apartment is full with books, CDs at your disposal and the deco blends antiques and design : fit for people who love art. Guest access Check-in from 2 pm to 7 pm. NO CHECK-IN AFTER 7 PM.
