The space The place has a 40-inch SMART TV, computerized front-loading machine, towel rack, clothes airer, electric iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner and some materials for cleaning during your stay. The kitchen is equipped with built-in 2-burner electric stove, range hood, refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker, rice cooker, pans, plates, cutlery, etc. Arrival coffee-making needs (instant coffee, tea, sugar and creamer), basic condiments and basic toiletries are provided. The space also has 24/7 access to a convenience stores right outside the lobby and 3 more around the building, 24/7 reception/security and maintenance. Guest access Guests can access all the condo unit and building's amenities such as swimming pool, walking/jogging path, gazebos, gym and roof-deck (for laundry drying), security and maintenance for free. The amenities except for roof-deck can be accessed using the access card through the Ground (G) level from 6am to 10pm. For security and safety, a roving guard may ask you which unit you are staying in. Garbage needs to be brought to Lower Ground (LG) Bins. Guests are strongly encouraged (a House Rule) to dispose kitchen garbage (with dry and/or wet food leftovers/trimmings) DAILY.
