Ocean Walk Condo: Resort Amenities, Sunset Views

Come relax at Ocean Walk! We have recently updated our condo with new kitchen/bath counters and cabinets as well as new flooring. Our place has everything to feel just like home plus Ocean Walk has 78 acres of manicured grounds offering every resort style amenity imaginable with 2 clubhouses, 2 swimming pools, tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, fitness center, sauna, basketball and bocce court and a private beach crossover. We are non-aggressive pet friendly for a small fee. The space Our lovely condo features an open floor plan, large bedrooms and a private balcony with patio furniture. The spacious, fully equipped kitchen overlooks the dining room and living room with sliders leading to the screened balcony where you can enjoy the evening sunsets. The cozy living room features Lay-Z-Boy reclining leather sofa and a console -style reclining loveseat with large smart TV and plenty of room to relax. Our spacious master bedroom features a king size bed, flat screen TV, sliders to the balcony, large walk in closet and ceiling fan. The private master bath features his/her sinks, jacuzzi/spa tub, walk-in shower and plenty of storage. The second bedroom features a queen size bed, smart TV, and ceiling fan. We've recently updated the kitchen and baths with new countertops and cabinets. Kitchen appliances were replaced 2021. The bedrooms have Casper mattresses – king size in the master and queen in the 2nd bedroom that our guests have raved about.. Also included is cable TV, WiFi, washer/dryer, a queen size Cordaroy beanbag chair (that folds out to a queen size mattress), beach chairs and floats and plenty of beach towels. Covered parking for one car is included. And if you want to bring your four-legged best friend, we are pet-friendly with non-aggressive breeds as well. Guest access We use a smart lock so that your access code is self-determined and enable self-check-in. Other things to note We are approximately 30 minutes to Daytona Beach. Flagler Ave (NSB's main entertainment street) is a short drive away. Flagler Ave has monthly wine walks and other various events most weekends. Canal Street offers boutique shops and monthly Sip and Strolls, weekly Saturday farmer's market and classic car shows and so much more.
