Hello Sunshine! A Wonderful Crystal Beach getaway!

This beautiful home awaits your visit to Crystal Beach! "Hello Sunshine" has great amenities, an inviting outdoor area, great sleeping arrangements, you will feel right at home. Spend endless hours sharing stories, playing games, or watching TV in the spacious living room area. Treat your family to a delicious, home-cooked meal in the fully equipped kitchen. The beachy furnishings, & great location is a short walk to the beach & guarantees you & your family will enjoy a memorable getaway. The space Spacious 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a large great room. Lots of natural light and open space. There are large decks on the front and rear of the home. There is a TIKI bar under the house with two hot and cold water sand showers. PLEASE USE SAND SHOWERS TO ELIMINATE THE SAND OFF OF YOU prior to you going up into the house. No sandy clothing or shoes allowed in the house. There is a BBQ grill and a Fire pit. Smoking is only allowed under the house near the TIKI bar area. No smoking upstairs. Please keep house doors and windows closed as the salty air will damage our air conditioners. You can park under the house, if your vehicles do not leak fluids. any damage will be charged to you. Everything is inventoried. Please protect our house. Guest access Our home is accessible by stairway access. The garage and elevator are not accessible for Guest usage. If there are any questions, please ask. one of the sand showers has a lock hasp on it, if you need to lock up your fishing equipment or surf boards and swim equipment. After you arrive on the main floor of the house, by the way of the staircase, the house is handicap accessible. Other things to note URGENT NOTICE --- PLEASE BE ADVISED --- ALL (each) GUEST under age 24 must be accompanied by their parent or grandparent. Our home is NOT a Teen hang out. We want all our Guest to enjoy our secondary home. However, this home is not a party house. Thank you. Fall, Winter, Spring Break Guest may be acceptable as long as all the parents are present at the house, the entire time of the rental, and house rules are met. Loud music and noise is not allowed after 11 pm. No drugs or illegal substance allowed unless prescribed by your doctor. We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, Thefts or claims against us, for any situation or circumstances. The property is inventoried and you are expected to leave the property in exactly the same or better condition as you found it. Follow house rules.
