This is a lovely, very practical apartment. It has cherry finish wood floors and lovely italian tile in the kitchen. It has a spacious feel to it and the kitchen is very large. Devou park is right around the corner for easy access for walks, golf or fishing. There is off street parking for one vehicle, smaller cars tend to be easier to park than pick ups.
