Basic needs are provided with cable and internet. The condo location is accessible to nearby cities (i.e., makati,ortigas,bgc). MRT has a direct access from the mall which is under the condo. Guest access Reminders: *no access cards will be given to guests as per Admin rules. Ask guard for access assistance. *Always have a copy of the authorization form (screenshot will do). Guards from gf lobby might ask it from time to time every time you enter the premises. *Guests’ visitors may only be allowed entry with Admin’s approval. It is advised to send the names of visitors 3 days prior to their arrival, so we have ample time to submit it to Admin and have them approved and registered. *Use of Swimming pool is with minimal fee. Please proceed to Admin office for registration and settling of payment. Admin office is located at Tower 1, 3rd floor parking. Other things to note Strict implementation of rules are observed by the admin. Please be mindful of the rules and regulations of the condo.
