The apartment is 44 square meters plus the mezzanine in the bedroom. It is situated on the third (top) floor of the building, making it naturally bright, but please note that there is no elevator in the building. There are blinds and curtains on every window, so you can make the place absolutely dark. The apartment is equipped with both heating and air-conditioning.
