2BD Convenient Location Charming Stay in Bandung

My place is close to the city center (10min walk to Gedung Sate), parks, and art & culture. You’ll love my place because of the location and the coziness. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids) w/ space to relax and unwind. The space The house is a 2-story guest house, with multiple rooms for rental (9 bedrooms upstairs, and 4 bedrooms downstairs). This listing will get you 2 of those bedrooms within the house. Both bedrooms are located on the main floor. Each bedroom can comfortably fits two, and comes with an AC unit, as well as ensuite bathroom completed with a shower cubicle and hot water. Aside from the ensuite bathroom, one of the bedroom also comes with an attached private living room with TV, Microwave and Mini Fridge. Please let me know in advance if you're planning to book for more than 2 guests in each room (equivalent of 4 guests in total) so we could set the extra bed for you. Guest access Aside from the bedrooms, the downstairs room comes with its own private living room with TV. You will also be able to access the shared back patio, and sitting area upstairs along with another TV. The kitchen is available for you to use. A washer is also available (just let me know beforehand if you're planning to use it). During your stay I live in Jakarta, so unfortunately I probably won't be able to see you during your stay. But the house is staffed with people that will be ready to help you throughout your stay. They will be the ones greeting you, and getting you settled in. Unfortunately they do not speak much English, so if you have further questions just contact me, I am almost always by my phone. Despite that I want you to have the best time in Bandung, so if there is anything I can help you with, or you want recommendations of places to eat/shop/visit during your time in Bandung just reach out to me, and I would be more than happy to help. So do not worry you are in good hands, just make sure to reach out to either me, or one of the staff to get us to service you better :) Other things to note Please let me know prior to booking if you are planning to book for more than 4 guests. As the rooms are only suppose to accommodate 4, we need prior notice to accommodate the extra person. We’d be setting up some extra beds for you. Inquire me to find out more about this. Some rooms in the house are rented for long-term, while other rooms are rented to other guests, so I kindly ask you to be mindful of the other guests. No smoking is allowed inside the bedrooms, and living room. You can smoke in the back patio downstairs, and upstairs in the seating area. Everyday we could have someone to tidy up your room. If you would like to work out an arrangement please let me know. Other than that just enjoy, and have a pleasant stay in Bandung.
