The apartment has two big advantages. It has parking inside the building and a balcony with a spectacular view onto Sacre Coeur. The smokers can smoke on the balcony. The balcony is perfect for breakfast or aperitif. Nothing nicer when being in Paris than to watch the lights of Sacre Coeur and the Eiffel Tour in the evening.The closest metro is Marx Dormoy. A bus takes you to Gare du Nord( 10 min ) Gare de l'Est ( 12 min )or Gare de Lyon ( 35 min ). A bus takes you to Stade de France in 10 minutes. It is a very quiet apartment. No traffic noise or noises from the neighbours. There are shops, bars, restaurants and a typical French covered marché in 3 to 5 minutes walking distance.
