Fall asleep listening to the dance of the waves in this elegant suite, comfortable and cozy with two large windows facing the sunrise and the sea, wooded, quiet and safe place. Large space of 37 m², comfortably sleeps up to 3 people. Flexible check-in, luggage can be stored at the front desk until check-in time. Welcome, I am renting only the Master Suite, 70m from the beach. I live alone in the apt. The space Private suite with full bathroom for exclusive use, minibar, 32" TV, air conditioner + ceiling fan, gourmet countertop and space for Home Office with 5G Wi-Fi Free parking on the street, or paid garage nearby. The building has no garage. Everything is stress-free, the only rule is to rest and enjoy this charming island, as described, I only rent the Master Suite in the apartment where I live. There are two bedrooms here, one is the private en-suite and the other I occupy. The place is quiet and safe, the view is wonderful, on the sand, +- 70 m from the beach. Everything is cleaned and sanitized to ensure that you only take pleasant memories from here, with lots of privacy and freedom to come and go, smoke if you wish, drink, listen to music, and right in front there is an express store that sells almost everything, on the ground floor the best ice cream parlor on the island, or order delivery, everything is delivered here 24 hours a day. The local commerce is great, just a 2-minute walk and you will be on the beach boardwalk, Bars, Bakery, Markets, Shopping Malls, Smart Fit Gym, ATMs, Banco do Brasil, Pharmacies, etc... Guest access 24-hour doorman with helpful and polite employees. We have two elevators, one social and one service, with easy access by ramps and market carts for transporting luggage, which should also be used for entering and leaving the beach. Foot-washing faucets are available at the bathers' access, and the building has a rule that requires washing the sand before entering the elevator access hall. The building has no garage, paid parking nearby, lock system and take the key, or stop for free on the public road, here is a quiet and safe place right in front of the Military Police Battalion. During your stay The building operates 24 hours a day, direct check-in with the doorman on duty. Digital Lock, the password is provided by me upon guest arrival, after checking the documents. The building has no garage, free parking on the street, or paid parking nearby. Other things to note Free parking on the street or garage pays in Mr Mauro's parking lot, or at Mr. Brás's Garage Leblon, all near here to the Building. THE GUEST MUST BRING personal hygiene items, bath and beach towels, a regular sheet for a standard double mattress, 1.38 m wide by 1.88 m long (138x188 cm) with elastic, and pillowcases. In the bed I offer waterproof protector for mattress, blanket and pillows. Lots of comfort, security and peacefulness in a shared apartment only with the host who lives alone on the premises, occupying a room in the property. Shared spaces: entrance hall and bathroom 2.
