As you enter the gate on the flagstone walkway, the 2nd door has a keypad entry with stairs descending into the recently finished garden level space . Generous windows add natural light in the kitchenette . The larger bedroom has a queen sized bed, sitting area, TV, and light egress window. The smaller bedroom has a clever full sized bed, chair, table, south facing window. The bathroom can be entered from either bedroom. We clean and disinfect the surfaces and ammenities prior to each stay. The space The kitchenette includes a microwave, Keurig coffee maker (coffee and tea pods), refrigerator, plate ware, glass ware, utensils, large sink. Under the sink there are cleaning supplies, a recycle bin and a trash can for your use. Our space has 7 ft. ceilings with some lower soffets at 6 ft. 6 in. in the kitchenette and bathroom. Guest access As you enter the space, you will be able to use the kitchenette, both bedrooms and the bathroom. You are also welcome to enjoy drinks, a meal or relaxing on the deck on the back of our home. It is to the south around the corner of the house from the deck pad where you enter our Airbnb space. Other things to note Bring your bikes, hiking clothes, camera and binoculars if you would like to spend your time in the great outdoors of Horsetooth Rock and Reservoir, the Poudre Canyon, Rocky Mountain National Park and the Pawnee Grasslands. Fort Collins is a great family town with multiple parks, open spaces, museums, the Friday night art walk in downtown. Fort Collins has over 21 (and counting) micro breweries and other start up distilleries in our city with tours offered at many of them. We have many local eateries that are outstanding and quite unique. Note: Our entire property is non-smoking and not 420 friendly. No judgment, just a health and safety issue.
