Cozy-warm 20 sqm in Ottensen near the Elbe

I live in Altona-Ottensen, near the Elbe. The sound of the ship's horns in the fog and the screeching of the seagulls already in the apartment is the greatest thing for me. The Elbe is almost "around the corner" and I almost wish you fog during your visit, because then the ship horn concert reaches its climax. :-) That's something! Honestly ;-). A mirror is also provided. You can check if the hair is in place. Or the box.... ;-) Oh, by the way: I have fiber optic and you surf with about 250 Mbit. The space The large, 3-wing lattice window brings bright light into the room. The furnishings consist of cozy antique furniture and spread a warm flair, as does the beautiful laminate floor. There is a dining table that can also be used as a workplace. The Marzipanfabrik training center can be reached by "2 x Umfallen" . The dance school Billie's and Schrittmacher are within walking distance. It's also close to Airbus by ferry. Likewise, Desy is a short bus ride away. Othmarschen, Teufelsbrück and Blankenese are just around the corner. These districts can also be reached by beach walk. The S-Bahn station and various buses are a 5-minute walk away. The area is quiet because it is on the edge of the hustle and bustle, yet central in all directions. Ottensen-Mitte can be reached by a walk or a S-Bahn station. Many small shops, a market, cafes, cinema await you - also a UCI cinema is within walking distance. Altona train station can be reached in 4 S-Bahn minutes, direct S-Bahn connection to the main train station and airport, ferry to Airbus (Finkenwerder) quickly accessible. The university is 18 minutes away by S-Bahn. 2 bike rental stations are 'around the corner'. We share the clean bathroom and the equally clean kitchen. Cooking is possible by arrangement. The bed is 1.60 meters wide - so also comfortable for 2 people. My great cleaning lady makes the cabin shine. The price is for 1 person. A 2nd person costs an extra 25 euros. Of course, fast Wi-Fi is available, Fritzbox with 5 Ghz and fiber optic cable. You can help yourself to the Bodum pot or Nespresso machine. Tea is also always available. All inclusive :-) Attention: Resident parking. You could park your car on the Park and Ride in about 6 minutes on foot for a fee. You can park directly on the street for a maximum of 3 hours for EUR 3.00 per hour. The parking machine is located at the beginning of the street. Hamburg charges bed tax.
