Only 5 minutes walk from the Historic Precinct's restaurants and bars, Oamaru Town Centre and the famous Blue Penguins. Sunny, private and comfortable with truly breathtaking views. The space Built in 1920's, this charming bungalow is perfect for a comfortable getaway, romantic stay, sight-seeing or enjoying local events in Otago. Our house has had so much love and care put into our renovations. There are two large, beautifully furnished queen bedrooms with lush beds and quality, crisp white linen. A third small and simple bedroom at the back of the house has two single beds, best suited for children. Even this basic room has a view of the ocean though! The renovated retro, characterful kitchen is equiped with essentials for your stay, including oven, microwave, fridge and freezer. Although we don't serve breakfast, there is complimentary coffee, tea and some condiments and essentials in the pantry. The bathroom and seperate toilet is recently renovated. The main bathroom has a new shower and wash-hand-basin (no toilet in this main bathroom). The toilet with second sink is in a seperate room located near the laundry. Soap and some environmentally friendly shampoo & conditioner are available for you. All white towels and linen is provided. WIFI is unlimited and the fibre connection is fast. There is FREE street parking right outside the front door. We are located on a quiet and secure street so parking is no trouble. Guest access The guests have access to the entire property. Other things to note The house is safe for children however please be aware that the house is positioned on an elevated site and only part of the property is fenced. There is a large, steep bank that is not fenced and children should be supervised if playing in this area.
