The house is a portion of an ancient farmhouse on 10 hectares of land, 4 of which are cultivated with olive trees, with common outdoor spaces and swimming pool. You will love my place for the artistic and cultural attractions of the city of Florence just 30 minutes away, the beautiful panoramic views of the Tuscan countryside, the family activities in the outdoor spaces, the atmosphere and the tranquility. As the property is in the countryside, we recommend having a car for the duration of your stay. The space The portion of the house dedicated to guests includes all the rooms visible in the photos: - Ground floor living room with dining room and open-plan kitchen. - Half bathroom (toilet, bidet and sink) - 2 full bathrooms (one with shower and one with bathtub and shower) - 3 bedrooms (2 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with two single beds, all bedrooms are air-conditioned) - Living room - Small living room - 2 small private outdoor spaces The total number of beds in the rooms is 6, but to reach the capacity of 8 guests there is the possibility of opening the sofa bed located in the living room. The living room has a door that divides it from the main living room, thus becoming a full-fledged bedroom. Guest access The complex is divided into two apartments and a small annex. One of the two apartments is the portion of the house totally and exclusively dedicated to guests with an independent private entrance and all the rooms indicated and visible in the photos. Only the outdoor spaces (swimming pool, garden, pergolas ideal for eating or relaxing) are shared with us and our small female dog.
