Ours is a studio unit on the 15th floor of Lee Gardens beside Wack-Wack Golf Course. It will bring you to the North (POEA, Cubao, Trinoma & SM North) and to the South (Makati, Taft Ave, Pasay Rotonda & MOA) via Shaw Blvd. MRT. With good traffic, about 30 min. from the airport; 15 min. walk to SM Megamall & Shangri-La; there's S & R and SM Cherry across the road. There are many banks & eating places around. My place is about one kilo meter away from Ortigas CBD, San Juan & the Greenfield areas. The space It's a 45-square meter studio with basic kitchen facilities good for light cooking, a dining table for 3-4 people, a space for 2-seater sofa. The condo's main lobby is like a hotel, air-conditioned with 24-hour security. The unit itself is air-conditioned. It has a queen-size bed, a good size of TV Plus, refrigerator, microwave, small oven, and water heater. Guest access Guests will have free access to the pool and will be given due courtesy as the unit owner. The gym can be used with a minimal fee. Other things to note My place is located right opposite (across the street) SM Cherry. S&R supermarket is about 50 meters away. Security in the building is 24 hour with CCTV cameras in the common areas. It is very accessible by almost all transport available in the area like jeepneys, UV express, MRT, and cabs, etc. A 24-hour mini stop convenience store is located right inside the building as well as laundry mats, water stations and other shops.
