Hotel Carlton Mill is just 1.8km from Christchurch city center. The location is prime with the buzz of Victoria Street a short stroll and the tranquility of Hagley Park over the river and Strawberry Fare a short 15 meters away. If its on in Christchurch then you will be in the right place. There is plenty of off street parking. The space Our Superior Studio's have a Queen bed, with tea-and-coffee making facilities, they offer a balcony or terrace with ranch sliding doors (these may vary). These suites are situated on ground, 1st and 2nd floors. If stairs are an issue, please make a request, as ground floor cannot be guaranteed. Guest access Guests have access to their room and shared laundry facilities Other things to note The laundry is located in a separate room that is not in the unit. It is located within the complex and is for communal use for the complex, a short walk of 50m. The dryer is $2 for 28mins and drying time is dependent on how many clothes you put in. Please note that this unit is located upstairs so to access stairs must be walked. We do have four studio units located downstairs if this is an issue. This unit is the closest to the road and on Friday and Saturday nights it can all be a bit overwhelming for some light sleepers. Previous reviews will give an independent account of this.
