Located in a pittoresque quiet courtyard, a charming typical Florentine townhouse with 2 bedrooms, only 10 minutes walk from the Central Station and Fortezza da Basso, a few minutes walk from the main historical sites, restaurants, bars, markets ecc. The courtyard, the house and all the buildings that face it used to be part of a XIIIth century convent compound. Fully furnished , it can host up to 5 pax considering the sofa-bed in the living room. The highlight is the terrace on the rooftop. The space A charming independent house equipped with air conditioning, private heating and wi-fi connection, that overlooks a small peaceful private courtyard in the heart of Florence, away from the noise of the street, with access only to residents. The entrance in the courtyard is through an iron gate only with the key. The front door is reinforced and every level of the house has interphones communication system. The house is a three-storey (ground floor,first floor,second floor) all levels are connected by stairs. Ground floor - 1st bedroom with king size bed, bathroom with WC and shower, a roomy walk-in closet with a safe-deposit box, a second separate toilet. First Floor - A livable, fully furnished and well equipped kitchen with roomy fridge, microwave oven, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, traditional oven and with a large table, a nice comfortable living room with sofabed and TV set . Second floor - The 2nd bedroom with twin beds that can convert to queen size bed, a closet and night stands. From here you access to the fantastic large terrace that will host your moments of relax with your family or friends sharing a lunch or sunbathing in the historical center after a day exploring the wonders of Florence. The roof terrace is equipped with a table, four chairs and a big umbrella. The house is provided with internet wi-fi, iron and iron desk and clotheshorse, hairdryer, air conditioning and private heating. Tv with Netflix and Prime video.
