The space 'Enjoy pedri', a ground-floor apartment in a beautiful house with a large garden, is located in Pedrinate, in a quiet hilly area in the southernmost point of Switzerland (Canton of Ticino). Ideal for two people, it can accommodate up to 5 people. Families with children are welcome. The house was renovated in 1994 respecting the original architectural features, and consists of a large kitchen equipped for 5 people including a dishwasher, a bathroom (with bathtub) and washing machine, a double bedroom (bed 160x200) and a spacious living room (which can serve as an additional bedroom). In 2018, a photovoltaic system was installed on the roof of the house. In 2024, to improve its energy efficiency, the windows, blinds and heating system were replaced. Guest access Guests will stay in the ground-floor apartment, with a separate entrance. There is a large garden shared with the owners, with a grill area and a small swimming pool. Parking on the property. Other things to note The living room can serve as an additional bedroom, with two single beds (90x200) and, on request, a third bed, of your choice: -baby travel bed/Babybett - single bed (90x200) You can reserve the tennis court in the village!
