Located in the suburb of Claremont Lynfrae a quiet leafy suburb situated in the heart of the Southern Suburbs it has easy access to most highways and is 10 minutes from the centre of Cape Town. The space This is a serviced garden unit with up-market fittings and furnishings, fully equipped kitchen that consists of an AEG eye level oven, AEG glass stove, microwave, fridge, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, Samsung washing machine, Dry Buddy Econo Dryer, ironing facilities, linen, towels, soaps, start up coffee, tea, sugar & milk. Television with DSTV. Wireless internet access . Washing line. Fully alarmed ADT security. Driveway entry with remote control to safe off street parking & private entrance. Guest access Local Facilities within walking distance include Palmyra Junction (900m from Sandown Sojourn) which offers convenient shopping hours with most tenants trading from 9am to 6pm Mondays to Saturdays and until 1pm on Sundays and public holidays. These include Woolworths food Store which trades from 8.30am until 8pm daily and Vida e (Coffee Shop) and Knead Bakery (Bakery and Restaurant) which are both open from 7am. The Thai Café, which caters for lunch and dinner trade, opens from 11am until late. Southern Cross a shop for fresh and frozen seafood and home-made deli produce opens from 11am until late. It is has a sushi bar with an extensive menu, a tapas bar with a display of cold foods and an a la carte restaurant with a menu offering breakfast, light meals, various seafood dishes (fish personally selected from the fresh fish display), home-made ice creams, some winter desserts and a beverage menu. Lastly there is a laundry,Fresh Laundry service if you would rather not use the washing machine and dryer provided in the cottage.
