Experience the ideal blend of relaxation and convenience. The space Our studio offers the best of both worlds—charmingly local and remarkably peaceful. Tucked away at the top of a traditional callejón (walking alley) on a quiet San Miguel neighborhood street, it’s just steps from the action yet feels like your own private retreat. Step inside to your serene oasis, overlooking a spacious, open garden—the perfect backdrop for a relaxing stay. We're ideally located just 1.5 blocks from the artisan market and main mercado, and only 4 blocks from the iconic town square. Parking is conveniently available just two blocks away, so you can enjoy exploring on foot without the stress of city parking. Filtered water runs throughout the entire property, including your studio—no need to worry about drinking, showering, or using ice. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, quality knives, a cutting board, and essential cookware. We’ve also stocked common spices and condiments to make cooking easy and enjoyable. You'll also enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi (100+ Mbps), a 55" smart TV with Netflix and streaming apps, and plenty of cozy touches to make your stay feel just like home. Guest access You will enter the property by walking up a Callejon to a door with a keypad entry. There you will go through a garden to a private entrance to the casita. If you are coming by taxi or shuttle, you can be dropped off at the bottom of the alley and walk 50m to our private entry. There is a large set of stairs before entering the studio. If you want help with suitcases just let us know in advance and we'll meet you to assist! For your security we provide a private entrance with video monitoring. We always want you to feel as safe as you do in your own home. There are no cameras facing the casita or inside the casita. Off-site parking is included and just a short 2-block walk from the casita. Other things to note The king size bed is actually two individual/twin size beds. We can prepare the bed together with king bedding, or separated with individual bedding. If you want it set up as twin beds, please request in advance. Traveling with kids? No problem! We have a pack and play that we can set up for you. Your studio also looks out on our garden with large swing set. First time visiting beautiful San Miguel de Allende? Don't worry. Our family has over 25 years of experience living full time here and can help you find all of the hidden gems the city has to offer! Working while traveling? We love to do that too. That's why we have installed High speed wifi (100+Mbps). You will have a separate router from the rest of the house so no need to worry about bandwidth. You will also have a spacious kitchen table looking our on our beautiful garden as your work area. Off-site parking is included and just a short 2-block walk from the casita.
