Excellent fully renovated Studio located in Mouraria, one of the most typical districts of the city situated on the slopes of São Jorge Castle. It is a 5-minute walk from the Baixa and Chiado and 2 minutes from the stop of tram 28. Be Welcome! The space The studio has just been renovated and is fully equipped to make your stay very comfortable. It's located in a listed building within an historical neighbourhood, meaning there's no lift / elevator. But don't worry, it's just a 2nd floor with 2 flights of stairs. It's equipped with a double bed. The bathroom is complete with shower. The kitchen is practical and fully equipped with fridge, stove, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. The house has free internet. Apartment very well located in central Lisbon, 2 minutes walk from Lower traditional Lisbon and 5 minutes walk from Chiado. Very near the Castle of S. Jorge. The metro / bus is located 100 meters. The apartment is situated right in the middle of those stairs coming form the Baixa and going up to the castle São Jorge. The studio is on the 2nd floor and has been completely remodelled to offer the best modern comfort inside this small 17th century house. Lisbon is a magical, friendly city and cheaper than most other European destinations. With so much to offer, it is a legendary city with more than 20 centuries of history,. narrow streets, white and blue tiled buildings, old neighborhoods and Fado music coming from many restaurants making this city a great and unique place to visit. The Lisbon / Castelo area The neighborhood of Costa do Castelo features some of the most spectacular viewpoints of Lisbon. If you simply stroll around for a quick 30 minute walk, you will have views over most of the city and the Tagus river. Should you go up to the terraces of the São Jorge Castle, Lisbon will lie underneath at your feet. From here, turn towards the ocean and spend hours just watching the perfect geometry of the Baixa Pombalina. The Miradouro of Santa Luzia, just in front of Largo das Portas do Sol is only a few hundreds of meters away, so is the sector of Alfama in its vicinity of the Tagus. In the Baixa, a 5 minute walk from here, you’ll find a very busy shopping area where typical portuguese shops stand next to those with the newest brands of the market. Guest access The guests will have access to the entire duplex. Also available international channels and unlimited and free internet. Other things to note - Please give all the details about your arrive, after the booking. - This is a residential building so do not make any noise after 10 PM - Try to leave everything as you found to preserve the space. In case you damaged something in the studio, please inform me so it can be resolved before the entry of the next guests. - If you have a late check in (after 9PM) we charge 20€ to cover the transportation cost for the person who will welcome you. -Check-in after 2 PM and check-out until 11 AM, unless there are no guests arriving on the same day.
