Guest access Every guest can access the function room, gallery, game rooms, KTV room, mini-theater, music room, gym, 25-meter lap pool, poker room, poolside lounge, spa, VIP lounge and piano bar, al fresco dining area, and English garden at the roof deck. Other things to note 1. Prepaid internet connection is provided initially, once the usage is fully utilize the guest need to top up for their own usage e.g. 500 php up is available prize for topping up prepaid internet connection. 2. We would like our guest to follow condominium rules e.g. to behave professionally if they are asked by the security guard. This is for your own protection. All guest needs to be registered accordingly and hence you will not be allowed to enter the premise. 3. A security deposit is required to protect both interest of owner and guest. For the guest to secure the place and thus marked as occupied by owner to avoid other to do a pre booking. A deposit will be return on the last day after the inspection of the unit. 4. Our place is in the center of business district of manila, there are lots of local businesses offering services like laundry services, malls, 7/11, pubs, and it is very near to a well known national park called Luneta and Cultural Center of Philippines where local shows is available. Weekend is very crowded in luneta as people do a weekly mini marathon run and there is also a free public zumba exercise within the area of Luneta and CCP. 5. We ask our guest to provide honest feedback, for us to improve our service. We are happy to assist for any complains and rest assured it will be handled professionally. 6. There are police station just few meters away on the unit, should you require assistance you are free to approached them, like wise for the owners.
