There is refundable security deposit of Rs.10k The common pool is now open for all guest. The Penthouse Guests are free to use the Private open air Jacuzzi when ever they want. The space These apartments and Penthouse are close to Casino boarding point 500mt, 800mt coco beach, 900mt Reismagos fort, 2.5 Km from LPK water front very famous night club, 3km Panjim city by jetty. 3.5 km Miramar beach by jetty. 4.5 km Candolim beach, 6 km Calengut beach, 9.5 km baga beach, 23 km Thivim Railway Station and 32 km Int. Other things to note The Guest agrees to the following terms and conditions for staying at Aqua Terraza , North Goa. 1)The Guest will Maintain the Decorum and not cause any inconvenience to the neighbours or other guests living in the vicinity. 2) The guest will pay the rent/fee for the stay, in advance. 3) The guest will be fully and solely responsible for the flat till the time he/ she/they are staying in it. 4) Any damage/loss etc. etc will have to be borne by the guest. 5) NO fire arms allowed. 6) No subletting of the premises allowed. 7) NO DRUGS allowed. 8) All NRI’s/Foreign/Domestic guests will attach a copy of their passport/Valid ID to this form. 9)We are ok with you getting your furry companion with you, its just that you will need to make sure that there is no harm caused to the property and you never leave your furry friend unattended. For daily jobs you will need to take him out of the complex and and on a leash whenever you take him out of the apartment.. Having said the above, your pet is welcome to stay with you in the apartment but pl. make sure that it is not roaming around in the complex or in the common area. 10) The guests will abide by all local government laws. The guests will abide by all local government laws and will not carry out any illegal activity. If a guest is caught doing / supporting any illegal activity then the guest takes full responsibility of the consequences / penalties that would follow at his own cost. The guest also agrees to indemnify the Caretaker and the Property owner of any loss monetary or otherwise that may arise due to his acts 11) The guests (Adults and Kids) will use the swimming pool in proper swimming attire and in the pool timings. 12) NO smoking / Drinking in the Corridors and at the pool side. 13) NO spitting of chewing Tobacco anywhere in the property. 14) No loud music. The music should be confined to the apartment. 15) The Slippers or shoes which are worn outside to the beaches should not be worn in the apartment. 16) The guest have to take care of their belongings. The care taker / owner would not be responsible for any loss or theft of the guest’s items.. 17) All Vehicles to be parked outside the complex . 18) Guest are requested to switch off all electrical appliances when they are going out of the apartment. 19) All guest are advised that children should be accompanied by an adult when going for swimming at the swimming pool. 20) House Keeping is done once in 2 days, if the guest want to get house keeping done very day they can get it done at extra charge. 21) The utensils used by the guest have to cleaned by the Guest, if the guest require help for cleaning the utensils they will be charged extra. 22) Personal Toiletries like soap, Shampoo, Tooth paste Etc Etc are not provided, guest are requested to carry their own. 23)There is refundable security deposit of INR Rs.10k, which is payable on site. The security deposit will be refunded to you on your check out. When you enter the flat you will appreciate the neatness / cleanliness with which the flat is been kept. We would appreciate that you keep the flat neat and clean. We wish you an enjoyable and a safe stay.
