Our 110+ sqm Altbau flat is full of charm – high ceilings, big windows, wooden floors, and lots of love. • 1 cozy master bedroom (double bed 1.60m x 2.00m) – plus a hammock if you feel adventurous! • 2 kids’ rooms with single beds (great for kids or lighter adults). One is behind the living room, the other just off the hallway. • Chill-out living room with a huge comfy sofa (note: the dining table you might spot in one pic is gone!). • Big bathroom with tub and shower + extra guest toilet. • Awesome kitchen with a cool old workbench table – perfect for cooking or just hanging out. Need extra sleeping space? We can set up an extra mattress or bedding for the sofa if needed. Max 4 adults + 2 kids (under 3 years stay free, but we don’t have a crib or high chair anymore). You’ll have: fast Wi-Fi, Sonos sound, Apple TV (Netflix, Amazon Video), Moccamaster coffee maker (coffee & filters provided!), tea, welcome drinks, washer, dryer, dishwasher, and fresh towels and bedding. Guest access You'll have whole access to our home and the amenities there. Other things to note • Real Family Home: This is our actual home, not a hotel! It’s filled with personal touches and cozy vibes. Please treat it with the same care you would your own place. • Respect the Neighborhood: We love our neighborhood – and so do our neighbors.
