Welcome!!! We warmly welcome guests from all over Brazil. Located on an environmental reserve beach called Praia da Guanabara. The beach is only 160 meters away and is very quiet. 800 meters from Castelhanos Beach. In the months of December, January and February, sea turtle nests open! You can get information on the days and times of spawning at the IPCMAR Project, which is right here on the beach. ♦️No pets allowed. The space It has 1 double bedroom with a double bed. 1 large room with two single beds combined with the living room. 1 Social bathroom Kitchen Service area And a charming balcony with a hammock, grassy backyard and garden. Covered garage. At the entrance of the house, there is the first gate with a rustic-style eucalyptus fence facing the street and, in the back, a second garage gate for the car to stay inside the yard. Totally safe and private. Guest access The entire space, both indoors and outdoors. No pets allowed.
