Kitchen counter, sink, electric water kettle , Rice Cooker, microwave oven, plates, cups and a refrigerator. NO COOKING ALLOWED. 8. Electric Desk Fan. 9. Hot and cold shower, Shampoo and Soap also available. 10. Fresh towels and linens are provided. 11. Two designer pendant lamp shades. *Note: Please take note that can only heat water in water kettle and cook rice in rice cooker other than that NO COOKING is allowed inside the unit. Restaurants near the area ** Please take note that there is no cellphone signal inside the unit. ** Also the unit is in 2nd Basement but its not literally in "Basement" because if your coming from the back entrance of the building (Back Road) it is in 2nd floor but if your coming from the front of the building which is the main lobby it is in 2nd basement because the location and design of the condo building is on elavated/slope ground.
