Well decorated room in a great location close to local amenities. Located beside Cwmdonkin Park, 2 coffee shops close by, 15-20 minute walk to Singleton University, Hospital & National Pool. 20-25 minute walk to the City Centre, Grand Theatre & Arena. Please note we are situated on top of a hill so walking times are longer coming back! Take a taxi if arriving by train/bus. Guests usually have exclusive use of a private bathroom. The room is warm and cosy and you will receive a warm welcome. The space The room is tastefully decorated. We use top quality Egyptian Cotton bedding. Tea and coffee making facilities are provided along with a tv. The house is situated in a quiet street but is only 5 minutes walk to the bustling Uplands area of Swansea where you will find a wide selection of shops, cafes, restaurants and bars. This can be accessed through the beautiful Cwmdonkin Park which is on our doorstep or by the main road. If arriving by bus or train we recommend you ONLY take a taxi to our property which costs approximately £7/£8. We unfortunately do not have kitchen facilities available for guest use. During your stay You shall receive a warm welcome on your arrival. We can provide you with information on the local area before and during your stay.
