A cozy penthouse in the historic city-center, in the heart of Athens, with a wonderful balcony that offers relaxation! Its central location allows you to visit all renowned sights and monuments on foot. The Parliament, Constitution ("Syntagma") Square, Monastiraki, Plaka, Thission and the Acropolis are all within walking distance. Bus stops and metro ("Syntagma" station, in Constitution Sq) are at a 5 minutes' walk, to make commuting from/to the airport easy, or take you to the seaside. The space Fully renovated, air-conditioned and with wi-fi, this apartment has a comfortable double bed, a stylish bathroom and a kitchenette, plus a wonderful balcony where you can enjoy your breakfast, or, equally, a drink during sunset. The kitchenette is equipped with a small fridge, a micro wave, a small hob, coffee maker, boiler, as well as basic cooking utensils, allowing you to prepare breakfast or a simple meal. You will be provided with coffee, sugar, tea bags, juices, cookies and olive oil. We provide you fine quality towels and bed sheets, a hair dryer as well as basic toiletries. A booklet with recommendations on bars, restaurants, sights etc can help you choose among a plethora of options available just outside your door. The apartment is accessible by elevator. The most central shopping street of Athens (Ermou street) at just a 2 min walk. The apartment is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before each stay, as per healthcare guidelines. One-day interval between two different bookings is observed. Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment and the private balcony. The check in hour is from 14:00 pm to 22:00 pm and the check out is until 11:00 am. We try to be as flexible as possible for check in and check out. Therefore, if there's not another guest checking out the same morning, you can check in earlier. Also, if there's not a guest checking in the same day, you can check out later.
